Account Manager Requirements:

• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• 1-2 Years experience providing customer care and/or sales experience.
• Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives.
• Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior.
• Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client interactions.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Contact agency clients and conduct policy reviews to ensure protection needs are met.
• Develop cross-sell opportunities and assist agency sales staff with warm leads.
• Follow up with clients during and after the claim process to increase satisfaction.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support. Support can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage's, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
