The primary responsibilities are:
  • Verifying and maintaining I-9 documentation and records
  • Conducting quarterly safety audits
  • Workers’ compensation and safety processes including OSHA reporting
  • Managing leaves of absences such as FMLA, STD, and LTD.
  • Assisting in assigning training and tracking course completion for parts, sales, and service employees at all locations
  • Property and casualty insurance claim processing and reporting
  • General HR reporting
The requirements for this position are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
  • 2 – 3 years HR and/or recruiting experience preferred
  • Previous experience with a Talent Acquisition System and/or a HRIS system preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
