Circle Logistics is looking for a dynamic Manager of Sales Development that will oversee the new business pipeline and manage the growth of a team of SDRs in 3 locations with plans to double in size over the next year.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure forward movement through the lifecycle stages of a lead
  • Regularly report Sales KPIs to leadership
  • Plan for hiring, onboarding, and training new SDRs
  • Coaching, mentoring, and supervising SDRs to improve KPIs and overall performance
  • Drive the team to work within defined frameworks and follow up on tasks at a predefined time
  • Work closely with Account Management and other members the Leadership team to improve opportunity management
  • Oversee the RFP and customer onboarding process
  • Additional duties as assigned
Experience/Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
  • Proven success in sales development, lead generation, or sales type role in B2B Sales
  • 2 years of leadership experience preferred
  • 3 Years Sales Experience Required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Superior proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, reports).
  • Experience in using an enterprise level CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc)
  • Proven track record of working across multiple office and business units to resolve lead ownership and conflict
  • Freight brokerage experience preferred
Benefits:
  • $80,000 salary plus performance driven bonuses
