Job Summary

Join Kiva Stone Ohio sales team as an Inside and Outside Sales Representative! We’re seeking a qualified outside sales representative to use their sales knowledge to connect with kitchen and bath retailers, stone fabricators, architectural firms, and interior designers to generate sales. The outside sales representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by having a strong understanding of the products, sales process and excel at generating leads, building strong relationships with clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong negotiating skills. We want someone who will have fun in this role, and who believes in our brand and products. Duties/Responsibilities:

- Be knowledgeable about the product, our market competition and how to position products to overcome these factors

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within a specific territory.

- Prospect and generate new leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and referrals

- Manage displays, samples, and selling tools for customer availability.

- Quote prices, discuss credit terms and prepare sales contracts for customer orders

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful order fulfillment

- Coordinate the delivery to your customer with Internal teams for successful order fulfillment

- Investigate and resolve customer claims/problems with deliveries, returns and credits

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

- Perform additional duties as required and or requested.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outside sales or a related field is preferred 2 years
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to problem solve solutions for customers
- Confident and self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently or with a team and manage time effectively
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools, computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Our location is in Solon, Ohio but we are looking for an inside/outside sales representative that can work in any of the following areas as well: Columbus, Cincinnati, Toledo, Pittsburg, Pennsylvania

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
