We are looking for an experienced Installation Supervisor to join our windows division. This individual is the face of our company during the installation of the work; they have a good understanding of the proper installation of windows. They will be responsible for monitoring workmanship and will be responsible for the customers experience from start of the project until completion. They will be responsible for walking through each project with the installer and customer to ensure work is satisfactory upon completion. This individual must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to travel and to project residential sites. Work vehicle & Company Cell phone will be provided upon driving approval and favorable background check completion.

Core Responsibilities:

• Initial & Final walk through with contractor and customer.
• Solve problems before they arise. (Pick up materials, create change orders, etc.)
• Document / photograph project conditions.
• Communicate with the installer, customer, and sale rep about the project daily.
• Post job signs at customer’s homes.
• Collect payments and ask for referrals.
• Set up services and handle small repairs as needed.
• Reports to the Production Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 3 years of windows, and construction experience required
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record (will be operating a company vehicle)
• Ability to travel to job sites
• Strong communication skills and professional image
• Must be tech savvy, MS office suite and other related programs
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• Ability to work independently and within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior CRM Experience, Salesforce preferred.
• 2-3 years of prior experience with window sales/installation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field; preferred.
