Job Description
Great Opportunity for Experienced Maintenance Supervisor!
Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees in general maintenance of the grounds as well as building infrastructure. Individuals of such genres are liable to ensure the proper conducting of all maintenance and service functions in a facility.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities are appropriately carried out.
- Maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of the community.
- Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a preventative maintenance program.
- Ensuring proper working shifts of employees.
- Recruiting, training maintenance staff and evaluating their performances.
- Delegate and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Grounds-keeping and other areas of trash pick up.
- Works with vendors to obtain proposals and execute projects.
Schedule: Monday- Friday
Pay Scale Up to $22 Per Hour DOE
