    Executive Communications Assistant – Secondary Programs
    Location: Central Office/Education Center
    Description:
    The individual performs responsible secretarial duties for the the Student, Family and Community Engagement Department. The district is seeking a highly qualified individual to serve in this critical role. This individual will be reporting to the Community Partnerships Manager.
    Qualifications: Five years minimum experience providing clerical support in education or related fields.
    The successful candidate shall have the training, skills and ability necessary to:
    • Reason, analyze and resolve problems in a logical manner
    • Prepare, format, word process, edit, proofread and/or disseminate reports and correspondence using a variety of different software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Process pay for stipends and in-services
    • Process PNC statements/receipts for team members
    • Order buses and handle all other type sof logistics for events
    • Process invoices
    • Perform under time constraints and pressure
    • Work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and groups
    • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
    • Deliver excellent organizational skills, handling a variety of details, in support of timely purchasing and production of communications projects
    • Maintain confidentiality of restricted information
    • Ability to manage the calendar for all meetings and appointments
    • Ability to creatively communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of restricted information
    • Ability to perform such other tasks as needed or assigned
    • Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours
    Employment Provisions:
    Salary Range: Starting salary: $29.91
    Service Period: Unrepresented CFOP - 52 weeks
