The primary responsibility of the property coordinator is to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the commercial property management department. This person is expected to efficiently run the management office and assigned properties within a specified portfolio. This individual has excellent time-management, prides themselves on efficiency and takes a customer-service oriented approach when dealing with tenant issues.
