Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Pass a drug test and a background check
  • Over the age of 18
  • Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Bilingual is a Plus
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • The ability to multitask.
  • Must be efficient with computers.
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Setting appointments.
  • Routing inbound calls and appointments to the correct employee.
  • Making daily outbound calls for both service and sales
  • Demonstrate excellent business development skills, which includes providing clear communication and feedback about the Customers’ needs and concerns.
  • Promote Teamwork to deliver on time and accurate appointments for the sales and service team during all operating hours.
  • Participates in training, following safety procedures, job duties, and company policies.
