Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage options - Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly - Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner - Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered promptly - Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Process payments and provide receipts to guests - Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area - Assist with setting up tables and preparing the restaurant for service - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is preferred but not required - Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences - Basic math skills for handling payments accurately - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Knowledge of food safety regulations We offer competitive pay rates along with opportunities for career growth within our organization.
