Theory is hiring Bartender/Waitstaff to join our team. The right applicant Must be able to perform the following duties below.

Server/Bartender must be a minimum age of 21.

Must have or be able to obtain a Gwinnett County Alcohol Pouring/Serving Permit.

Requirements: *

• Must have speed when mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Must have atleast two (3) years experience in a Restaurant/Lounge setting
• Have knowledge of food and beverage safe handling procedures.
• Able to do inventory and work at a very fast pace
• Able to learn the Menu and Drink menu first, and able to recommend beverages to meals.
• Have knowledge of drink recipes and PROPER pouring techniques.
• Be able to perform ANY and ALL assigned duties as directed and understand that this is a requirement.
• Be able to work hours ranging from 6pm until 12am on weekdays and 5pm until 3am on weekends(schedule various)
• Must be Available to work on some SUNDAYS for events.. A MUST!
• Social media savvy and hunger to promote the lounge-this IS a requirement.
• Must represent the business and yourself in a professional manner at ALL times.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills
• Have an upbeat and patient attitude at ALL times.
• MUST have reliable Transportation to and from the Restaurant/Lounge.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays and Tuesdays. Compensation depends on your experience.
