KEY OBJECTIVE:
Customer Service Reps counsel clients, contractors, and business on StreamLabs’ product/service offerings and independently resolve tasks, while maintaining performance standards.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Counsel current and potential clients on water leak detection solutions and coordinate the installation of purchased equipment
- Navigate multiple systems / applications to research and resolve customer inquiries and help them get the most out of their equipment, documenting interactions and following up as needed
- Work effectively in a team environment using professional interpersonal and communication skills
- Comply with corporate policies and internal business processes / procedures while meeting/exceeding service performance and quality standards.
