Chrome Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Green, WI

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Perform infection control procedures to maintain a sterile environment
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Perform dental receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries
- Maintain inventory of dental supplies and order new supplies as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a dental assistant training program or relevant work experience
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and instruments
- Proficiency in using dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
- Experience with digital imaging systems and CAD/CAM technology
- Familiarity with medical coding and insurance billing processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Aseptic technique knowledge for infection control

Note: Experience in pediatric dentistry or medical imaging is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
