• Schedule: Clinic Hours call, Call response time require 30 mins., Avg. Call # per 24 Hr.

• Requirements:

• Active, Unrestricted Wisconsin license
• Board Certified
• Clean background/malpractice
• Must respond with updated CV
• Must have portfolio of documents readily available should you choose to apply

• EMR: Athena & Meditech
• Credentialing Timeframe will be 90 days
• Skills: Must be skilled in gynecology - well women care; Pediatric - newborn (birth -30 days) Infant (30 days - 1 yr.), Child (3-13 yrs.), adolescent (13 - 18 yrs.), newborn care, newborn resuscitation, general outpatient and inpatient, PICU inpatient; Peds Hospitalist
• Travel nearest airport: Milwaukee/ Madison
• Malpractice Insurance is provided
• Rates: Give me your going rate and I will do my best to get it for you
