Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by effectively communicating with patients, managing insurance claims, and supporting the sales and administrative functions of the office.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring a positive experience throughout their treatment journey

- Communicate treatment plans and financial options to patients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have

- Coordinate insurance benefits and claims processing, ensuring accurate and timely submissions

- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care

Requirements:

- Previous experience in Dental Office, Insurance Billing, or a related field is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

- Supporting our front Administrative assistant as needed

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
