    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Reporting to the Site Leader, the HR Administrative Specialist will spend 40% of his/her time focused on entry level HR tasks. And 60% dedicated to administrative tasks of this 80 person location (copying, filing, preparing order packets, shift line reporting, backing up shipping, etc).
    • Provide support as needed for all facets of talent acquisition (i.e., recruiting, applicant process, hiring, onboarding etc.)
    • Ensure all newly hired associates are engaged and onboarded in a way that is meaningful and impactful. 
    • Manage efficient and accurate record keeping.
    • Work with the HR Team to develop and manage an Employee Engagement Program
