CORE DUTIES:

• Able to understand and follow written work instructions and processes to move materials, load and unload trucks, per specifications meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
• Completes required paperwork and ensures process consistency.
• Keep work area organized and safe at all times.
• Follows all EHS requirements.
• Material transport (box truck
• Pull items to be shipped
• Band, weigh and log finished goods
• Receiving of raw materials and working with Sourcing
• Cycle count of finished goods
• Use Redwood System to ship Finished Goods
• Manager NCA Material
• Manager RMA Material
• Load trucks, including box truck for internal plant transfers
• Transport materials to other sites as required
• Other duties as needed. Must be able to multi-task and be flexible to be productive at all times and do what is needed to serve our customers.
• Good attendance is key.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial or warehouse settings preferred but not required.
• Availability to occasionally work overtime and on Saturdays.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (including but not limited to lifting up to 55 pounds and moving up to 250 pounds, frequent overhead work, bend & squat & stoop, and climb stairs as well as standing and/or walking for long periods of time).
• Able to wear all Personal Protective Equipment for safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Successful candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and pre-employment background check.
