Position Summary This position is responsible for Christman Mid Atlantic Constructors equipment, property, facilities, and resources. Responsibilities include repair, maintenance, and disbursement of equipment and supplies. This person will also be responsible for performing deliveries within Knoxville, TN area.

1. Maintaining warehouse conditions to a high standard of safety, organization, and cleanliness inside and outside facility
2. Tracking and maintaining fleet vehicles, materials, equipment, and facilities
3. Must have basic Construction materials/tools knowledge
4. Track inventory and purchase new items needed based on project demands
5. Maintenance and repairs of in-house rental items
6. Management of the fuel account for fleet vehicles
7. Tracking the check in and check out of rental items and materials
8. Maintain good inventory of all receiving tickets for weekly turn in
9. Maintain updated safety items for monthly warehouse inspections
10. Load and unload trucks utilizing forklift
11. Repair and maintain tools and equipment
12. Prepare orders for delivery
13. Drive trucks, and deliver orders to construction sites
14. Provide general housekeeping and building upkeep
15. Perform basic computer functions
16. Maintain Yard

Required Education and Experience

1. One (1 ) years of work experience or related job field.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl and able to talk and hear other employee talking. The employee must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly. Expected Hours of Work Full time position. Occasional extended hours and weekends may apply.

Travel Travel to project sites to make deliveries is required. The majority of travel is confined to Knoxville, TN area. Home daily.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

1. Valid driver's license.
2. Must be able to work at a fast and steady pace to meet production goals.
