This role is based out of our Downtown Knoxville location. The Dishwasher makes sure all cooking and serving equipment is clean and ready for use by the rest of the staff. Use dish machine and 3-compartment sink to wash and sanitize all dishes. Prioritize between floor and kitchen dishes to keep station caught up. Stock clean dishes in appropriate places. Maintain cleanliness of dish station throughout shift.
