Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care, including seniors and those with disabilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Duties:
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Monitor and report changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and ensure client safety
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Skills:
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
