| Minimal Qualifications/ Experience/ Skills | Minimum of a High school diploma or GED required; degree from a vocational school will be a plus. At least two years of maintenance experience performing basic and complex maintenance tasks. Must have-three years minimum of supervisory/lead experience. Utilize problem-solving skills, creativity, and critical thinking. Demonstrate qualities like empathy, support, and concern. Be able to develop their new employees based on their strengths. Experienced in health/safety preventive measures is preferred. Excellent communication; verbal, written and interpersonal skills; must be professional and positive. Valid Driver’s License and willing to work flexible hours and weekends as needed. |
| Position Summary | The supervisor's overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful. Manage the daily activities facility in accordance agency’s expectation and federal regulations. Performs all assigned duties in accordance with CCHC’s policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. included in the Occupational Health and Safety Act is the duty to take every precaution reasonable in the circumstances to protect the agency workers, clients, from theft and harm and vandalism. |
