Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care to children in a daycare setting
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning and development
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the well-being of each child
- Follow daily routines and schedules to provide structure for the children
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, daycare, or related field
- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to manage a classroom of children with diverse needs
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
- Experience with toddler care, special education, infant care, and preschool programs is a plus
