We are in search of a Health Insurance Talent Acquisition Specialist who is a professional that specializes in identifying and attracting up-and-coming insurance professionals that will take us to the next level.

Your main objective is to source individuals who have the skills, experience, and personality traits necessary to excel in selling health insurance products and services.

Compensation :

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Keep a steady flow of applicants coming in.
  • Schedule and hold interviews with potential team members.
  • Manage the onboarding process.

Qualifications :

  • Strong networking skills and the ability to identify highly skilled talent during the recruitment process.
