To be successful in this role, you : Bring two or more years of experience in a Marketing Coordinator role, emphasizing project management, data entry, fulfillment, and budget / invoice tracking.
Possess experience in project management, including responsibilities such as scope, deliverables, schedule, planning, and reporting.
Proficient use of SmartSheet for project management.Possess some experience in event management.Hold a High School diploma or equivalent or a combination of education and experience.
Have a plus with prior experience in the healthcare industry.Essential functions and Roles and Responsibilities : Manage ChildrenFirst rewards fulfillment vendor relationship, monitor reward card distribution, and guide vendor on returned card handling.
Monitor and respond to requests in the ChildrenFirst inbox, ensuring timely updates, troubleshooting, and escalation of issues.
Execute individual projects like Provider Bulletins and Provider Manual.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements.
Use Smartsheet to develop task lists, assign tasks, and schedule.Coordinate with Marketing Project Manager on larger campaigns, including data collection, vendor coordination, posting to External Communication Tracker, and DCG Portal Inventory Review.
Manage project tasks for smaller initiatives, such as Track-It ticket requests.Handle event management for department events like MRT, including project management for event materials / content.
Run 508 software for document accessibility.Coordinate translations of communication material, from monitoring requests to delivering translated documents and troubleshooting.
Track sponsorship requests and responses, coordinate sponsorship fulfillment, and administer internal processes.Coordinate and track input and responses from other departments.
Code department invoices, route for approval, and reconcile credit card statements for Sales and Marketing department.Review supporting documents, follow up on missing documentation, and coordinate statement reviews with department heads.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities : Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Access, Adobe Acrobat, and some experience with CRM systemsAdvanced organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsProject management skills with the ability to track and manage multiple concurrent projects and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders.
Excellent customer service skills including the ability to work with people with diverse needs in a respectful and courteous manner at all times.

Compensation and Benefits : The position is FLSA Non-Exempt and is eligible for overtime and has a 5% annual incentive target based on company, department, and individual performance goals.
