Job Description:
The District Manager oversees operations across multiple offices across Fort Worth TX. Responsibilities include driving growth through team training and development, and empowering team to meet metric and sales goals. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $48,000- $58,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to deliver excellent customer experiences
• Recruit and select talent for the area
• Facilitate new hire training and ongoing development
• Manage employee schedules and conduct quality assurance audits
• Oversee payroll, timesheets, hiring, and performance reviews

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience in a sales or service-focused company/franchise
• Proven ability to lead and motivate employees
• Ability to manage multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in managing licensed professionals

Working Conditions:

• 5-day work week in clinic office locations
• Approximately 45 hours per week
• Ability to travel to different office locations weekly in Fort Worth metroplex
