If so, we want you to join our team at the Chinese American Service League (CASL) as our Director of Stakeholder Engagement.

Your Mission:

As the Director of Stakeholder Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in our Development team, spearheading efforts to connect with affluent individual donors who share our vision for positive change. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Vice President of Advancement to develop and execute strategies that drive support for CASL initiatives, including our operations, campus expansion, and the development of a primary health care clinic.

Your Impact:

• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors at the $10,000-$100,000 annual gift range.
• Develop long-term engagement plans for high net worth donors/stakeholders ($100,000 ) in collaboration with the Vice President of Advancement and CEO.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders and repeat donors to grow their support of CASL initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Vice President of Advancement to create individual philanthropy plans for campus expansion and the development of a primary health care clinic.
• Maintain detailed records of donor interactions and feedback in Salesforce to ensure a seamless donor journey.
• Represent CASL at networking events, conferences, and community meetings to raise awareness and support for our organization.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, communications, or philanthropic studies.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in fundraising or stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in donor/CRM software and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of ethical fundraising practices.

Physical Demands and Environment:

• Work remotely with up to 60% travel required to meet with stakeholders across the country.
• Occasional lifting/moving of objects weighing in excess of 25 pounds.
• Flexible scheduling with occasional additional hours required.
