We're currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Lead Dental Assistant to play a pivotal role in our practice. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Set the standard for office culture by fostering a positive, supportive, and patient-focused environment.
- Lead by example, demonstrating accountability in all aspects of dental care and office operations.
- Coordinate and oversee the dental assistant team, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
- Conduct training sessions for new dental assistants and ongoing education for the team to ensure the highest level of competence and efficiency.

**Qualifications:**
- Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential required.

- Proficiency in dental software and technology.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus.
