Childrens Dentistry of Texas is Hiring a Director of Operations Near Richmond, TX

Our growing team is seeking an Experienced Director of Operations. The Director of Operations (DOO) is in charge of directing and leading with a hands-on approach to the operations side of our two offices. Their duties include improving the efficiency of current business functions, planning changes and updates to day-to-day operations and collaborating with the owners to set and meet business objectives. This person is the end-all-be-all for the staff in both offices so that nothing goes to another leadership team member or owner without them touching it and approving it. This person will act as the gatekeeper to the owners allowing them to not get sucked into non-productive tasks unless needed. We are looking for someone with experience in EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating Systems) and also in the Dentistry world (5 years of experience preferred). If this sounds like you, please apply!

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
