Job Description:We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Endodontic Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our endodontic specialists in providing top-notch patient care. If you are passionate about dentistry and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist endodontists during dental procedures, including root canal treatments, apicoectomy, and other endodontic surgeries
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms
  • Take and develop dental X-rays as required
  • Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment plans
  • Provide exceptional chairside assistance and ensure patient comfort
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and billing
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
Qualifications:
  • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) preferred
  • Prior experience in an endodontic or general dental practice is a plus
  • Proficiency in dental radiography and X-ray certification
  • Strong knowledge of dental procedures and instruments
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of dental software and computer skills
