Overview

As a member of the Guest Services team, this position will be the first and lasting impression for our patients and families and will support creating a welcoming environment consistent with our hospital values and culture of Patient and Family Centered Care.

They will facilitate the check in process for the hospital and assist the Guest Services Coordinators with carrying out responsibilities that improve the patient and family experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete Guest Check In Process.
• Serve as a patient family advocate, provide effective communication, engagement, and problem solving for guests.
• Collaborate with Guest Services Leadership to perform additional responsibilities that will support improvement in the patient family experience.

Qualifications

HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience Hospitality or Customer Service Experience

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $17.56 / hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work / Work from Home

This position is not eligible work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children’s Mercy locations and may not work from home.
