What You’ll Do

• Responsible for managing the collection of data for data products within the Data Product Operations group.
• Collaborates with IT to load data, manages/develops and executes routines to produce derived datasets
• Manages and improves the quality of data within the data products and builds Ad Hoc reports using Tableau and/or Business Objects.
• Work with data management vendors and hospitals to ensure timely and completed data submission and to identify data quality checks to implement as part of the data acquisition process.
• Identify root causes of data quality issues; develop recommendations for addressing them and present recommendations to the appropriate group.

What You’ll Bring to CHA

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, mathematics, or related field
• Minimum five years of experience working with database products
• Minimum two years of experience writing reports in Tableau and/or Business Objects Web Intelligence
• Significant knowledge writing SQL queries, developing reports and working with Microsoft SQL Server environment
• Significant knowledge of data warehousing concepts and processes such as data profiling and ETL
• Knowledge of Access database management
• Knowledge of manipulating data in Excel
• Excellent project and time management skills

This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas, office. We leverage a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office.
