Job Summary:*
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on synergizing efforts across account management, enrollment management, and marketing teams. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making processes, optimizing strategies, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve partner and organizational objectives. We are also looking for a technical guru who can translate to a non-technical audience who is comfortable with ambiguity and capable of quickly testing assumptions. Essential Functions:
Data Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of various data sets related to account management, enrollment management, and marketing initiatives.Generate actionable insights and recommendations through statistical analysis, data mining, and visualization techniques to drive strategic decision-making.
Collaborative Strategy Development: Work closely with account management, enrollment management, and marketing teams to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements. Collaborate in the development and refinement of strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and leveraging data-driven insights.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of initiatives across teams. Continuously monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and proactively propose optimization strategies to enhance outcomes.
Cross-Functional Support: Serve as a liaison between account management, enrollment management, and marketing teams, fostering communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration. Provide analytical support and guidance to facilitate informed decision-making processes and drive cross-functional initiatives forward.
Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data through effective data governance practices. Implement quality assurance measures to validate data sources, methodologies, and analytical outputs, maintaining high standards of data reliability.
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights, trends, and performance metrics to stakeholders. Tailor communication strategies to effectively convey complex data concepts to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, cross-functional teams and our partners.

Visualization Tools: Expertise in advanced data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, with the ability to create interactive and engaging visualizations.
Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in using Excel for data manipulation and visualization, including complex functions, pivot tables, and integrating Excel with other tools.
Collaboration Tools: Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA or Click-Up is beneficial, especially with hands-on experience.
