Children's Hospital Association is Hiring a Specialist - Pharmacy Services Near Lenexa, KS

Job Description:

Where You’ll Work
This position is based in our Lenexa, Kansas office. We leverage a hybrid working model working three days in the office, two days optional remote work.

What You’ll Do
Responsible for program promotion, outreach, client recruitment, and retention for the Child Health Advantage non-acute GPO program and other Supply Chain Services programs. Collaborate to maintain contact records for all supply chain services programs, and conducts marketing efforts via phone, email, and website communications. Provide support for program reporting requirements and assist in maintaining current agreements with program participants.

  • Responsible for managing CRM (Salesforce), sales pipeline, and follow-up.
  • Develop client relationships over the phone and via written communications.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of programs and services to ensure presentation quality, leading potential clients to sales opportunities.
  • Ability to create and execute an account plan and prioritize sales opportunities.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the onboarding process of new participants.
  • Provide customer service and support to existing program participants. Conduct regular outreach to ensure they are maximizing program benefits.
  • Work with the program manager and marketing team to develop and maintain marketing and sales plans.
  • Ensure program participants have completed required program documentation and assist participants in securing needed support or information from business partners.
  • Ensure the Child Health Advantage and other team websites are current and accurate.
  • Track enrollment statistics providing quarterly updates on new participants, revenue, and source of the sale.
  • Ensures all contracts are complete and all contact information is accurate for supply chain services programs.
  • Conduct routine audits to identify and correct outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete contact information for individuals and organizations.
  • Develop and maintain marketing lists for supply chain services programs.
  • Partner to ensure contracts are on file and up to date for all program participants and business partners. Assist in necessary outreach to secure contracts or extensions as needed.
Experience and Skills:

What You’ll Bring to CHA
Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge is qualifying.

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or project management.
  • Strong aptitude and preference for verbal communications/calls
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent time management and project management skills
  • Knowledge of manipulating data in Excel
  • Knowledge of personal computers including Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, (Excel) PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
