**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with individuals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). **Duties:** - Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA - Collect and record data on observable client behavior - Assist in the assessment of client behavior - Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and support - Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals - Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed **Experience:** - Prior experience working with children or individuals with special needs - Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles - Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality - Ability to analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions accordingly This position offers valuable experience in the field of behavior analysis and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals in need.
