Child Builders Aba is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Providence, RI

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals, particularly children, with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral health needs and speaks Spanish. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing patient care, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and implementing behavioral therapy interventions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

- Implement behavioral therapy techniques to address challenging behaviors

- Collect and analyze data to track progress and modify treatment plans as needed

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient progress

**Requirements:**

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities

- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing behavior intervention plans

- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
