**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral health and working with individuals with autism and is fluent in Spanish. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing behavior plans and providing support to individuals in need. **Duties:** - Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervisor - Collect data on individual behaviors during sessions - Assist in the development of care plans and goals - Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with autism - Help individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records - Utilize behavior management techniques effectively **Experience:** - Prior experience in special education or behavioral health is preferred - Familiarity with medical documentation and medical records - Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques - Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder - Ability to follow care plans and behavioral intervention strategies - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team This position offers valuable experience in the field of behavioral health and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with autism.
