In the prep role you are expected to efficiently prepare cold menu items. These items include salads, fruit cups, parfaits, kale crunch, and mac & cheese. In this position you will be expected to work at a fast pace and continue to effectively make all food items, prepare other items by washing them to use later like strawberries or tomatoes, keep your work area clean, understand food safety and temperatures protocols, ensure all food items are stores properly, follow proper ingredients and measurements, and follow, label and stock all items on a prep checklist. 

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently prepare all cold menu items (salads, fruit cups, parfaits, mac & cheese, wraps, & kale crunch)
• Keep a clean work station for food safety concerns
• Work safely with kitchen equipment (chicken slicer, knives etc.)
• Carry out instructions from leadership team and follow prep checklist 
• Understand food safety and temperature protocols
• Prepare items by washing them like strawberries and tomatoes
• Follow proper ingredients and measurements for specific items
