This position focuses on the daily operation of the restaurant through effective leadership/management of staff performance, stewardship, organization, and accountability. This position works closely with the Senior Operations Manager to ensure daily/monthly goals are met and that all front of house/back of house team members are equipped with the operational knowledge, servant attitude, and relational mindset to be successful. The Operations Manager also manages the store’s supervisor staff, overseeing their responsibilities on the ground level, and provides coaching and feedback to ensure the overall success of the team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Vision and Values
a. Cultivate and guard the store culture and morale relative to the Chick-fil-A purpose and values
b. Teach our team “what” we measure and “why” we measure it and how those items impact our results and guest experience
c. Actively involved in shift supervisors’ lives to create buy-in and rapport amongst team members and leaders; lead through influence
d. Ensure the employee environment is safe, engaging, and encouraging to promote trust, commitment, and healthy debate
2. Performance
a. Exemplify stewardship through fiduciary management of the business’s two largest financial resources – food and labor
b. In collaboration with the Senior Operations Manager, organize a sound, confident Supervisor team who meet and exceed expectations daily
c. Investigate and Influence – Support and aid the team during peak periods to protect quality, accuracy, and guest experience
d. Look out for opportunities to coach team member behaviors ensuring performance is in line with Chick-fil-A practices
3. Organizational Alignment
a. Regularly connect with shift supervisors through one-on-one catchups and bi-weekly meetings
b. Communicate daily with shift supervisors and team captains any sales and labor goals/menu changes/and rollouts to guarantee same-page results
c. Engage in the growth, mentorship, and encouragement of all Shift Supervisors, Team Captains, and Team Members
d. Assist in the planning and execution of daily/weekly catering orders
Qualifications:
- 2 Years Restaurant Management Experience preferred but not required
- ServSafe Certified preferred but not required
- Must be able to work 40 hour work weeks including Saturdays and holidays
- Well-organized with excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
