Catering Staff Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail- oriented individual to join our team as a Catering Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating catering services for various events and ensuring the seamless execution of catering operations. This role involves liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams to fulfill catering requirements and exceed customer expectations.

Outstanding customer service is a must, so the catering associate we hire must always meet all out customers' needs and expectations, as well as attend to all the potential customer complaints in a professional and friendly manner. The overall goal of this role is to maximize the experience and the environment of our team and to grow sales for the organization.

The Main Responsibilities of Catering Associate:

• Coordinate catering services for a diverse range of events, including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and school events
• Collaborate with customer to understand their catering needs, preferences and dietary restrictions
• Ensure timely delivery, setup, and presentation of food food and beverages
• Manage inventory, order supplies and maintain cleanliness and organization in catering facilities
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues related to catering services
• Keep abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance catering and customer experience
• Door - to - door outreach and building strong connections with potential customers

Catering Associate Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communications skills both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proven track record of successful sales and marketing initiatives
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable means of transportation
• Food Safety Certificate
