As a Maintenance Technician, your primary goal is to keep our restaurant in good working order. You will work daily at cleaning/maintaining all equipment throughout the restaurant and upkeep of all facilities. This includes but is not limited to mechanical and electrical issues, plumbing, landscape/parking areas, trash corral, and the interior/exterior of our physical building. This position plays an important role in creating a REMARKable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing Preventive Maintenance Programs/Schedules for all major equipment and store systems
• Performing daily detail cleaning, inspections and regular PMs on all equipment and systems including, water filtration, ventilation, lighting, plumbing, refrigeration and security.
• Understanding and controlling costs of facility repairs.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting mechanical failures and electrical outages.
• All season maintenance includes pressure washing and snow shoveling of sidewalks.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workplace
