• Ability to oversee 50-70 direct reports daily at one location.
• The business mindset with a proven record of financial growth in profit and sales of a restaurant. 
• Passion and understanding of the Chick-fil-A brand and the desire to be an advocate as a director of operations or general manager.
• The skillset of a director of operations or general manager to complete scheduling, product ordering, inventory, payroll, and invoices with high business acumen. 
• Understand the importance of leadership development and mentoring team members of all ages. 
• Clearly communicate with respect and use technology for continuous conversations. The director of operations or general manager being bi-lingual is beneficial. 
• Hire team members with maturity and a hospitality attitude. 
• Must have at least 2 years of restaurant leadership experience. 
• Score in the Top 10% in the nation in quarterly Chick-fil-A reviews in food safety and quality.
• A mindset to foresee the future of business growth with marketing and sales.
