Opportunity

We are looking for an HR Professional to join our team at Chick-fil-A. Having a friendly and assertive professional is an integral part to our success. Your “hands on” HR leadership is critical for things such as, recruiting, employee compliance & on-boarding new team members, and will be essential to having a successful restaurant operation and maintaining a positive work culture.

This job is 100% Human Resources and does require being in-restaurant.

Your Impact

  • Maintaining HR compliance for 100 employees
  • Ensuring a well-staffed restaurant, promoting and recruiting for job openings as they arise
  • Overseeing onboarding & new-hire processes
  • Assisting in various administrative duties which may entail payroll, accountability reports, maintaining the restaurant email, etc.
  • Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
  • Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals

Background Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)
  • Experience in conducting interviews
  • 5 Years of HR Experience
  • 2 years of Leadership experience
  • Full Time Availability
  • SHRM Certified (preferred)
  • Highly proficient computer skills (preferred: familiarity with Docusign, Google Forms, Microsoft Office, PDF Conversions)
  • Passion for Chick-fil-A’s values
  • Detailed, organized and process oriented
  • Assertive and Friendly personality
