The Sanitation Team Member keeps buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Duties/Responsibilities

• Clean facilities or sites.
• Service, clean, or supply restrooms.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Gather and empty trash.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees.
• Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment.
• Remove debris from work sites.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Knowledge of principles and processes for properly cleaning and sanitizing offices and dealerships.
• Knowledge of products and chemicals used in cleaning and sanitation, including safety data.
• Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials.
• Ability to complete required tasks with little supervision.
• Must be able to lift and move work-related items up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, and turn head-neck-shoulders as needed.

Education and Experience

• Three to six months related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and Motor Vehicle Report.
