Pay: $15.50 for 2nd Shift and $14.50 for 1st Shift
Bonus: $1 extra per hour with perfect attendance!
Job Responsibilities
- This position is in a typical Manufacturing Environment Emphasizing teamwork, safety, training, and disciple.
- Follows Standard Work Process. Performs a specific task or a number of predetermined tasks in the assembly process.
- Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to maintain product.
- Prepares parts for shipment.
- Shipping and Receiving material handling.
- Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process.
- Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to work 2nd shift (train on 1st)
- Minimum 3 months relevant Assembly experience preferred
- Able to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to operate various assembly tools
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Overtime: mandatory when scheduled
