Ultimate Staffing is Hiring a Customer Service Coordinator Near Timonium, MD

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for understanding our firm policies and procedures and to provide exceptional care to our clients as well as full support to our internal team. This is onsite daily and will begin as a temporary position but could become permanent for the right individual.
The main responsibilities include:
* Keep contact with our internal and external clients, through email and phone
* Manage and process client requests, resolve client inquiries, and making sure key client information is up to date
* Perform efficiently while handling a wide variety of tasks
* Onboard new client accounts and collect the required documentation and client information to set up their profile
* As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects
* Microsoft Office Suite is required
* Have strong organizational skills and time management skills as well as attention to detail
* Have basic computer skills for tier 1 support and document customer interactions
