This position is critical, as our Inside Sales department is often times the first interaction for a customer inquiring about products and services.

Inbound Sales Specialist's responsibilities include:

• Qualifying and responding to inbound leads and inquiries via phone and email, based on predetermined criteria.

• Promoting Chemtek products and services to potential new customers. • Facilitate the initial sales process, and assist prospects through quotes, demos, and first order.

• Become an expert in the Chemtek product line.

• Support marketing department regarding channel performance and trends. Job requirements and qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of two years in a customer service related role, with proven communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills, demonstrating an ability to prioritize and maintain a queue.

• Self-starter who is motivated and constantly developing.

• Experience with a CRM software is preferred, but not required.
