We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff members.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Create employee schedules and ensure proper staffing levels are maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive working environment for employees.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the food industry, minimum 5 years recent.
- Texas Food Managers and TABC Certification required by first day of employment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
