Chavana Law, PLLC takes pride in serving underrepresented demographics, including non-English speakers. The Firm has a growing docket of personal injury cases and is looking for enthusiastic and friendly candidates to help manage personal injury claims. Case Managers will regularly communicate with clients, insurers, and medical providers over the phone and in written correspondence. The ideal candidate will be driven and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Case Manager is our personal injury clients' primary point of contact and must provide exceptional customer service.
Experience in personal injury case management is not required. We will train any qualified candidate. This fast-paced Firm requires any potential candidate to excel in written and oral communications, customer service, organizational skills, and compiling and organizing data.
Primary Duties:
Handle client initial intake and initial incident investigation;
Ensuring clients properly execute agreements;
Drafting and delivering initial notices to defendants and insurers;
Coordinating treatment for client injuries;
Gather and organize information needed to process the claim, including reports, medical records, recorded evidence, and photographs of injury and damages;
Preparation of case file including a summary of injuries, damages, and opponent position;
Drafting demand letters;
Negotiating settlements with opponents and insurers;
Negotiating reductions with medical providers and other lien holders;
Manage and organize docket and provide reports of case status to managing attorney; and
HELP THE CLIENT NAVIGATE THESE DIFFICULT TIMES AND INJURIES BY RESPONDING TO CLIENT INQUIRIES AND FACILITATING FAIR AND EFFICIENT RESOLUTION OF CLAIMS.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
