This is a PAID Internship.

Job Duties:

Daily Operations

1. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
2. Gather payroll data
3. Screen resumes and application forms
4. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
5. Prepare HR-related reports as needed ( training budgets by department)
6. Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)
7. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
8. Participate in organizing company events and careers days

Qualifications:

1. Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
2. Experience with MS Office
3. Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
4. Basic knowledge of labor legislation
5. Organizational skills
6. BS in Human Resources Management or similar field
7. Minimum Requirements: Education & Experience

Applicants should be a Junior or Senior level in an undergraduate program with an emphasis in Human Resources or related field.
