BASIC FUNCTION:
Assist Senior HR Managers with recruiting, benefit and onboarding process and procedures.
WORK PERFORMED:
- Draft full day new hire onboarding program
- Assist with review and routing of continuing Ed program submissions
- Non Bda prep, contingent letters, and new hire welcome emails
- Assist w/ Lunch and Learn details, prep and topic
- Research speakers re: domestic violence, stress reduction, professional development
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education level required: Bachelor’s degree and currently enrolled in graduate school.
